  • During this stage, each individual will create personal & business goals. We’ll meet for workshop sessions, which will include exclusive workbooks and prompts.

  • After goal planning is completed, each individual will sit down and share their results with our team. This information is crucial and informs all of the following steps.

  • During this time, the current owners and managers will meet to review organizational goals, taking into consideration the business goals created during goal planning.

  • Our team will work through your business finances to pinpoint strengths or areas of concern. This review will be followed up by a financial meeting with owners to discuss our findings.

  • During this stage, we’ll ensure that your business is organized in the most beneficial manner. We’ll also create an operating agreement, stating how the business will be managed in the future.

  • Finally, we’re going to review any other issues, including life insurance, retirement, and wills. Once that’s complete, we create the transition plan, using all of the documents we’ve compiled to date! This step will review how assets are transferred and any stipulations that need to be made.

  • Our teams will meet one last time to ensure that documents are completed and signed, if needed. We’ll do a Q&A Session, and give you the details on how to incorporate the documents into your business management.
